Looks yummy and EASY!
That’s why I love it!
I love it! Easy and delicious:)
So much easier than a Bento box, though you could easily slap some of this in one…with a separate container of rice formed in the shape of an Angry Bird character of course. ;)
Oh yummy! We make this a lot but we call it “Oklahoma Chicken” because we once ate it in Oklahoma.
I love that name! I actually like it better than Italian chicken. ;)
That looks great. I like the addition of sundried tomatoes.
Me too though my kids disagree. ;)
I saw this recipe on Pinterest and repined it & fixed it for my family this evening and it was a HUGE hit! Thanks so much for posting and sharing!
Yay! I am so glad they enjoyed it! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and let me know. You made my day. :)
This is in my crockpot right now. I am so excited to try it! I have a question though. Have you ever tried it over noodles? My son and husband aren’t fans of rice so I wondered what it would taste like on top of noodles instead.
Sorry, Kami! I just saw your comment. I think it could easily go over noodles, especially egg noodles, farfalle (bowtie) or penne. Let me know if you try it and what your family thinks!

Making this for dinner tonight …again!
I need to make this again. I haven’t in forever and it’s so yummy and easy!
Instead of water, I used a dry white wine. To change things up, sometimes near the end of cooking I throw in drained diced tomatoes, and just before serving stir in fresh spinach.
Oh! I love the idea of using dry white wine and throwing in fresh spinach. I will have to try that next time!
This is a family favorite at my house. It feeds a lot and it tastes great. I haven’t tried it with sundried tomatoes though. I’m guessing it will be amazing.
The sun dried tomatoes give this dish such a nice touch!
This is a favorite for us, and I love the addition of mushrooms and tomatoes. Will definitely be trying it with this addition soon.
This recipe looks delicious!!!! I am making it for dinner tonight.
Hope you like it!
I love how hands off and simple this recipe was, such an easy and yummy dinner.
Simplicity is my friend. :)

What steps should I do differently if my chicken is already thawed?
