Where To buy Masago Sauce?
Suddenly, until now I didn't find any ready-made sauce that contained masago, even when I make some online deep search I didn't find any product. You can only buy masago. You can find masago in Walmart stores or any supermarket in the USA or Canada.
But for masago sauce you need to make it at home.
Masago Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Huy Fong Sriracha sauce
- ½ fresh lime
- 2 teaspoons fresh Masago roe
How To Make Masago Sauce
- In a medium Bowl Put two tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise, followed by two tablespoons of Sriracha sauce. The traditional masago sauce is made with homemade Kewpie mayonnaise is. But you can of course use a store-bought alternative instead.
- Pour the juice of half a lime over the mayonnaise mixture. Don't use the whole Limone just use half lime, about one tablespoon, because too much lime juice will make the sauce runny.
- Add two teaspoons of Masago Capelin roe to the mixture. Then mix the ingredients until combine.
