    This Bloves sauce is a really delightful dipping sauce for shrimp, seafood boils, and much more!!, you can find it on amazon as it becomes really popular, however, we will be making our homemade version from scratch.

    Making sauces at home is really fun, as you can add or adjust the ingredients the way you want instead of just buying it premade.

    At its core, this Bloves Sauce consists of 10 different spices, as well as a few other seasonings, in order to give a spicy sauce that’s bursting with flavor, it is really good and elevates your standard boiled seafood flavor.

    Bloves Sauce is Available to purchase either on Amazon or Walmart, according to the Walmart website, you can purchase the Bloves sauce Smackalicious seasoning mix packets, however, this sauce is not sold in stores and is not shipped by Walmart itself.

    What does Bloves Smackalicious sauce taste like?

    Bloves sauce is a super-rich sauce, it is full of a variety of flavors as you can tell from the ingredients, it is a mix of spicy, sweet, and salty flavors that will really blow your mind when trying it, however, the one we are making today consists of lemons zest as well which will offset the spice and buttery-richness of the sauce.

    Bloves Sauce Ingredients

    • Minced Garlic - The garlic will add its flavor to the sauce making it scrumptious.
    • Onion – You can use either white or yellow onion, cutting it in a rough chop will add texture to your Bloves Sauce.
    • A rough chop adds texture to the sauce.
    • Butter – Who doesn't like the butter flavor, it will make the sauce rich and exciting in your mouth.
    • Chicken Broth – Try to get a Chicken broth that is low on sodium.
    • Worcestershire Sauce – Has that tangy, sweet, and salty flavor.
    • Lemon Juice – it will add its freshness and brightness to the sauce.
    • White Vinegar (optional) – for more acidity and a sour component to the sauce vinegar is what you want to use, or instead, you can also use vinegrette.
    • Tabasco Sauce (optional) – This will add that extra heat to your sauce.
    • Ground Ginger (optional) – Add some for a peppery sweet surprise.
    • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional) – Same as Tobasco this will add more heat to the sauce alongside his own flavor.

    Storing & Reheating

    Either you are making this Bloves sauce ahead of time or you have some leftovers, the best and safe way to store it for later use is either in the fridge or the freezer, that's what I will be showing in this section.

    Storing Bloves sauce in the fridge

    1. Make sure that your Bloves sauce has cooled to room temperature before going any further.
    2. Place your Bloves store leftovers in an airtight container then into the fridge.
    3. Properly stored, your Bloves sauce should last for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

    Storing Bloves sauce in the freezer

    1. Same as refrigerating, make sure that Bloves sauce has cooled to room temperature.
    2. Place your Bloves sauce in a freezer-safe airtight container then into the freezer.
    3. Properly stored, your Bloves sauce should last for up to 3 months in the freezer.

    Reheating Bloves Sauce

    If you have chosen to freeze your bloves sauce, then here is what you need to do to defrost it:

    Reheating Bloves Sauce in the Microwave:

    1. Place your Bloves sauce in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw before using.
    2. Once your Bloves sauce has thawed, simply place it in a microwave-safe dish then into the microwave for about 30 seconds increments at medium power.

    Reheating Bloves sauce on the stovetop:

    1. Start by transferring your Bloves sauce to a small saucepan and warm over medium-low heat, make sure to stir occasionally.
    2. Continue cooking the sauce until heated through, or to your desired temperature.

    • 1 tablespoon oregano (dried)
    • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
    • 1 tablespoon Old bay seasoning

    Other ingredients

    • ¼ onion diced
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    • 3 bulbs garlic
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • salt to taste
    • 4 sticks unsalted butter
    • 1 cup chicken broth

    Optional

    • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
    • 2 tablespoons ginger minced
    • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar

    Bloves Sauce Recipe Instructions

    1. Take a mixing bowl and add into it all the seasoning ingredients.
    2. Next, add both garlic and onion to the blender and blend them for about 20 to 30 seconds or until the garlic and onion turn into very small chunks.
    3. Place a large skillet over medium-low heat then add the butter and wait for it until it completely melts.
    4. Now, add the blended garlic, onion, and minced ginger if you are using it, then turn the heat to medium, and let them cook for about 30 seconds while stirring constantly.
    5. After that, add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chicken stock, salt, optional crushed red pepper flakes, brown sugar, tabasco sauce, and lemon juice, mix them all until they all combined.
    6. Next, add the seasoning mix and bring it to a boil while stirring occasionally until your mixture is well mixed.
    7. Finally, remove from heat, and let the sauce cool down, Serve your Bloves Sauce and enjoy!
