This pina colada protein smoothie is an easy, healthy, delicious, protein-packed way to enjoy your favorite tropical beverage!

I love drinking smoothies, especially if it's super easy to keep the ingredients on hand. And thanks to frozen fruit like mixed berries, mango, and pineapple, you can make tropical smoothies all year long!
But really it's all about the pineapple and this pina colada protein smoothie (or pina colada protein shake if you prefer) does not disappoint. It's packed with yummy pineapple flavor and protein without being packed with sugar and fat.
I like smoothies that are healthy but don't taste healthy... kind of like this protein-packed low-carb chocolate peanut butter smoothie.
Can you tell I'm a fan of chocolate and peanut butter?? It's why I so enjoyed making these healthy Reese's peanut butter cups. Mmm...
Make sure when you're whipping up this pina colada protein smoothie you use quality protein like Purely Inspired organic protein. It's USDA-certified organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free plus it has no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors.
I also highly recommend a quality blender. I have the Blendtec Designer Series blender but I don't believe you need to spend hundreds of dollars on a blender (unless your blending daily). A Ninja blender is pretty dang powerful and has fantastic reviews, and at a price under $100, it's a great investment!
Pina colada protein shake or pina colada protein smoothie, no matter what you call it, it's a total keeper if you're looking for a healthy, tasty protein drink reminiscent of your favorite tropical poolside beverage!
