How to Store Strawberry Boba Balls?

To store strawberry boba, simply place them in a jar and cover them with sugar syrup/fructose to ensure the boba does not start sticking to one another. Then place them somewhere at room temperature. Don’t place them in the fridge because this will cause them to harden. Strawberry boba balls should be eaten within 4 hours or they may become too soft.
