The best temperature to cook the ham in the oven is at 325°F. There is a whole guide at the USDA about how long to cook a cooked ham. This information includes how to cook it fresh, and how long to cook it before eating it. This information recommends that you cook it at 325°F.

Having said that, it does not mean you can't cook at 350 ° F. You are able to cook at 350 ° F, however, there is not a lot of information about this temperature, so you will need to figure out how long to cook at 350 ° F by yourself.

How Do You Calculate Cooking Time For A Ham?

As an example, a pound of boneless shoulder rolls of smoked ham takes between 35 and 40 minutes to cook. To cook a pound of this particular cut, it takes (35 + 40) / 2 = 37.5 minutes on average. Suppose we wish to prepare a pound and a half. It will take us 1.5 * 37.5 = 56.25 minutes.
