This easy fluffy pumpkin dip is always a huge hit at holiday parties. I don’t know if it’s because it’s super creamy and fluffy (yes, it’s both at the same time!) or because it’s highly addictive when paired with gingersnaps.
Maybe it’s super popular because you can’t tell if it’s an appetizer or dessert but since it’s full of pumpkin flavor, you feel like it can’t be all that bad for you. I mean, it has canned pumpkin, which we all know is a fruit.
It’s like a super healthy side dish. Or something.
One of the best things about this easy fluffy pumpkin dip—other than it takes 5 minutes to make—is the ingredients list includes things you can easily keep on hand.
It’s perfect in case you remember you’re supposed to bring an appetizer to a holiday party … and it’s in less than an hour. Not that I’d know what that’s like…
This pumpkin dip is best served with the aforementioned gingersnaps, but you could totally try homemade cinnamon tortilla chips, graham crackers (cinnamon graham crackers!), mini bagels or anything that would complement the sweet pumpkin spice flavor.

- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Mix in pumpkin gradually. Stir in cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and well blended.
- Chill until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite gingersnaps or ginger cookies.
