How to Cook Perfect Arby’s Curly French Fries in the Air Fryer

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
    2. However, if your air fryer doesn’t support the preheating function, just turn your air fryer to 400 F, and run it for 5 minutes.
    3. Place the Arby’s Curly Fries in the air fryer. Then, coat them with some olive oil and season them with salt.
    4. If you are using a basket air fryer, shake the basket often. Meanwhile, if you have an oven air fryer, use tongs to flip the fries over.

How to Cook Arby’s Curly Fries

While several brands of frozen fries exist, Arby’s is my favorite. When you cook Arby’s Curly Fries in the air fryer, they will only require about 10 minutes to become perfectly crispy. Just put the fries straight into the air fryer from frozen, spreading the fries out into an even layer, but making sure they aren’t overcrowded so the hot air can circulate properly. For the best results, it is better if you cook your fries in a couple of small batches instead of overloading the air fryer and cooking all of them at once.

Tips for Cooking Arby’s Curly Fries in the Air Fryer

    • Do not overcrowd your air fryer basket. The air fryer works by circulating the air around your food, so when you overload it and cut off the airflow, the food may cook unevenly.
    • The cooking time will vary depending on the air fryer you own. As a result, remember to check the fries during cooking and adjust the cooking time as needed.
    • Do not defrost the curly fries before cooking them or they will become mushy. Simply cook them from frozen.
    • To ensure your Arby’s Frozen Curly Fries become crispy, generously toss them with olive oil.
    • I prefer to season my French fries both before and after cooking as I think they taste better but that is up to you.

How Long Should You Air Fry Arby’s Curly Fries?

In general, Arby’s Curly Fries will take about 10 minutes at 400 F, shaking or tossing them halfway through cooking. If would like to cook a larger amount of fries, you should cook them in smaller batches to ensure they cook evenly. If your fries aren’t cooked after the 10 minutes, simply air fry them again for an additional 1 to 4 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.

Do I Need to Defrost Arby’s Curly Fries Before Air Frying Them?

When you air fry your French fries, do not let them thaw before using them, as they likely won’t end up crispy. Additionally, they may absorb more fat, resulting in your fries having an undesirable greasy flavor.

What to Serve with Air Fryer Arby’s Curly Fries?

French fries are great with a variety of condiments like:

    • Ketchup
    • Alfredo Sauce
    • Curry, Curry Ketchup, Curry Sauce
    • BBQ Sauce
    • Hot or Chili Sauce
