- Reduce the heat to 250 F. Unwrap the ribs, remove them from the foil, and place them back on the grill.
- Brush each side with BBQ sauce every 5 minutes for a total of 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the ribs is 190 F.
- Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes, before slicing and serving.

I was bummed that Costco didn't have any preseason St Louis ribs when I went. I've been searching for those directions. I have done them several times and it starts with 45 minutes at maybe 450? Then u turn the oven down and cook longer. Have you seen these instructions? They turn out GREAT every time!!!

For the Traeger instructions, it says to put the ribs in, as well as the vinegar…am I just setting a cup of vinegar in the Traeger? Just want to make sure…I’m going to be cooking these in a few hours, hoping for some help!!

Yes that sounds very familiar. As a matter of fact I'm cooking some now and lost i lost the recipe. I thought that it was an hour at 500. Then 2-1/2 hours at 300. I am looking for the exact timing also. I was hoping to find it on Google.
