    • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    • ½ cup vinegar
    • ¼ cup water
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • ¾ cup half and half
    • ¼ cup sour cream
    • ½ teaspoons salt
    • ⅛ teaspoons basil leaves
    • ¾ cup mild, finely grated Asiago cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

    How To Make Crispy Chicken Fritta

    1. Mix the flour, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
    2. Pour the milk into the second bowl.
    3. Coat the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture first.
    4. Next, dip it in milk.
    5. Finally, coat it with breadcrumbs again.
    6. Cook the breaded chicken until golden brown in a medium-low heat frying pan.
    7. Remove chicken from the pan and drain it on a wire rack.

    1. To prepare pasta, follow the instructions on the package.
    2. Prepare broccoli and mushrooms by lightly steaming them.
    3. Melt butter then adds olive oil to a saucepan over medium heat.

    How To Reheat Crispy Chicken Fritta

    In The Oven:

    1. Let the leftover crispy chicken fritta rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    2.  Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
    3. Lay the chicken on a baking sheet covered with foil. 
    4. Add another layer of foil on top to provide insulation.
    5. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
    6. Allow the chicken to rest for five minutes and examine for crispiness.
    7. Slice and serve.

    Note: Reheating crispy chicken fritta in the oven takes between 20 to 30 minutes. Be sure to bake them covered so the juices stay inside. Reheating crispy chicken fritta uncovered can make them very dry.

    In The Frying Pan:

    1. Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
    2. Make sure the oil reaches 300°F before adding the chicken.
    3. Place leftover chicken fritta in the pan and heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    4. Drain on paper towels.
    5. Served immediately.
