Red velvet cake mix bars require only five ingredients and five minutes to throw together. They're soft, chewy and all kinds of white chocolatey Perfect for Valentine's Day!

  • 15.25 oz red velvet cake mix (1 box)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.

  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips (dough will be thick).

  3. Press dough evenly in pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until set and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Serve warm or at room temperature. Top with cream cheese frosting if desired.
