I know! He went through a phase for about a week. He’d climb down while Nathan and I were working in the office and fall asleep on the stairs. Crazy!

Unfortunately stair sleeping does not allow his papa to nap along side.
Maybe we just need bigger stairs?

Heehee! I think you may be on to something! That’s pretty much the only place that Eileen will pass out unintentionally. heh And it’s so dang cute when she does. :) Great pic! :)

Braydon use to fall asleep in the closet…BUT…he was afraid of the dark…CRAZY KIDS!!;)

:) Oh! kids these days. That is funny. A day my little girl fall asleep down the coffee table. I got some photos of her. The boy feels comfortable at the stairs :)

Great article! Just wanted to give my top 3 insomnia-busting tips! 1 – Meditate – as much or as little as you have time for. It helps me too calm my mind before sleeping. 2 – Yoga & Cardio Exercise – I can’t sleep without raising my heart rate for at least 30 mins per day. 3 – Avoid Social Media – You know it’s true…haha! Living your life waiting for “likes” is the best way to increase stress and affect your sleep!!! Hope this helps some of your readers. Keep up the great work!
