Yesterday I posted a recipe for Brussels sprouts with bacon and walnuts, a vegetable side dish that pairs perfectly with today’s slow cooker recipe: brown sugar and balsamic-glazed pork loin. Another delicious find on Pinterest, this pork tenderloin recipe is perfect for the crock pot and uses ingredients you already have on hand (minus the pork tenderloin—that I had to pick up at the grocery store).
Like the Brussels sprouts recipe, this one is from C+C Marriage Factory, a site chock full of delicious recipes. I’m dying to try her spinach and feta hummus, potato leek soup and triple chocolate brownies.

This glazed pork tenderloin was super easy and a huge hit with the entire family. In fact, I am how going to need to keep pork tenderloin on hand in the freezer so we can make this every few weeks.
Yes, it was that good!
You’ll want to serve it with a side of the glaze–it’s like candy. And who doesn’t love candy as a side dish with pork tenderloin and Brussels sprouts? (A hint of glaze was really tasty with the Brussels sprouts as well, trust me.)
