Thanks to my friend Stephanie, our family enjoys a good Thursketti nearly every week (i.e., spaghetti dinner on Thursday). Our last Thursketti was a hit and it was one of the easiest meals ever, so I had to share it on today’s Slow Cooker Anyday. It was as much a favorite as Taco Tuesday and just as easy, especially when you use your crock pot for the saucy meatballs!
I always keep all these ingredients on hand except for the pomodoro sauce from Trader Joe’s. I stock up on that among other things (simmering sauces, soups, Dunkers cookies and cute reusable totes) when I visit family in California.
This slow cooker recipe is also a great way to use up those leftover cocktail meatballs from the holidays!
Once you throw Thursketti into your weekly meal planning, you’ll never have anything else come Thursday night dinner.
Slow Cooker Spaghetti & Meatballs
1 bag frozen Italian-flavored meatballs (I buy mine from Costco)
1 jar Trader Joe’s Three Cheese Pomodoro Pasta Sauce (or your favorite pasta sauce)
1 package spaghetti noodles (or your favorite dried pasta)
Shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Lightly spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place a layer of frozen meatballs in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour pasta sauce over meatballs. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours until meatballs are thoroughly heated.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. You can either plate the pasta and top it with the sauce and meatballs or toss everything together and then serve. Garnish with shredded cheese.

And yes, my spaghetti and meatballs looks just like that when I plate it for my family.
