January 1st may have come and gone but it’s not too late to start on your New Year’s resolution to eat healthier. I’ve come up with some easy tips and tricks for healthy eating in the new year, and I’ve included some of my go-to snacks that are both tasty and healthy like this simple salad featuring Kalamata olives, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and avocado (plus a dash of salt and pepper).
Let’s be honest. If it’s not delicious, I’m not going to eat it no matter how good it is for me.
