- Plain Flour: about 1 cup of plain flour will be great to cover the crab legs. you can't avoid using flour in this recipe because will help the legs to give the crunchy texture.
- Breadcrumbs: after cutting crab legs, you will need to cover them with Breadcrumbs, because when you fry them you will get that golden brown and give us a crispy texture. You can use homemade or canned Panko breadcrumb flakes.
- Old Bay Seasoning: I chose the Old Bay Seasoning because I love them, you can try to use Italian seasoning mix or any favorite seasoning.
- Eggs: The eggs will help the flour and the breadcrumbs to stick on the crab legs. Some people use a mix of eggs and milk, but I prefer to use only beaten egg mixture.
- Seasoning: I will use garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. You can use dry rosemary or paprika. And for spicy flavor, I recommend using a hot red pepper powder.
