Crunchy Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These crunchy peanut butter protein bites are some of the easiest and tastiest protein bites (aka protein balls) I've ever made! Makes approx. 2 dozen protein bites.

Serves: 6
  • 1½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 T powdered peanut butter
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 6 T coarsely chopped dark chocolate chunks
  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Use a medium scoop (roughly 1½ T) to measure mixture; shape into balls.
  3. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
