You'll find lots of melt-in-your-mouth orange goodness with these orange creamsicle cookies. Throw in white chocolate chips for even more decadence! Makes approx. 2 dozen cookies.

  • 8 T unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (15.25-oz_ box Pillsbury Orangesicle cake mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  1. Combine butter, egg, vanilla and cream cheese in a large bowl and beat until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add caked mix gradually and stir just until combined.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips (optional). and refrigerate dough for at least an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  5. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place on cookie sheet and use a glass to flatten dough.
  6. Bake for 9 minutes. Don't let the cookies brown!
  7. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Dusting with powdered sugar before serving.
