Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle

This peanut butter chocolate trifle is a total crowd-pleaser. It features peanut butter swirl brownies, chocolate pudding, whipped topping and chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

  • 1 9×13-inch pan of peanut butter swirl brownies, cooled (see recipe here:
  • 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 to 8 Reese's Peanut Butter cups, chopped
  1. Cut brownies into 1-inch squares.
  2. Combine pudding mix, water and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix until smooth; fold in 8-ounce container of whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  3. Layer half of the brownies, half of the pudding mixture and half of the 16-ounce container of whipped topping in a trifle bowl or similar large glass bowl.
  4. Sprinkle half the chopped Reese's. Repeat layers. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
