This pineapple cream cheese ball features crushed pineapple, cheddar cheese and green onions ... a combination that is crazy delicious!

Ingredients
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
¼ cup milk
¼ cup milk
4 to 5 green onions, chopped (or more to taste)

1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
Dash garlic salt

Sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
Beat cream cheese and milk together.
Add green onions, crushed pineapple (drained), cheese and garlic salt and beat until thoroughly combined.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cover cheese ball with sliced almonds just before serving. (I gently pressed them on using my hands.)
Notes
I used low-fat cream cheese which makes the cheese ball a bit softer and nearly impossible to form into a ball by hand. We simply "sculpted" it into a ball on the serving plate and then gently pressed on the sliced almonds.
